Yes, bespoke orders require a deposit to cover fabric sourcing and pattern drafting, with the remaining balance due upon completion after the final fitting. Alterations and simple repairs are typically paid in full at pickup.

We accept cash and standard local payment methods at our Aswan atelier. Payment terms for larger bespoke orders can be discussed during your initial consultation to suit the scope of the project.

Alteration pricing generally covers labor only; if additional fabric, buttons, or lining is needed to complete the work, this is discussed and added to the quote beforehand so the final cost is clear.

We ask clients to try on the finished garment before leaving, and minor fit adjustments identified at that stage are addressed at no extra charge within a reasonable period after collection.

Timelines vary with the garment and current workload, but a custom suit or dress typically takes several weeks from initial fitting to final delivery. We provide an estimated timeline during your first consultation.
